What to expect:

An experienced roof inspector will inspect your roof and attic if you are home (highly recommended)
He will take pictures of anything he finds wrong from leaks to mold accumulation
With in 24 hours you will receive pictures and recommendations via email
If you are home at the time of the inspection any questions you have will be answered for you

Not everyone that has a leak needs a new roof. We will give you a fair assessment and explore repair options if needed. A temporary repair can be made the same day
We can handle any type of residential roofing system
Mold growth can be a nuisance and a health hazard but it can be mitigated with out replacing the roof
